The American Legion Post 964 Meeting is held on the first Wednesday of each month.

The Next American Legion Meeting is at 7pm.

The American legion post 964 welcomes all veterans to join the post and attend the meetings at the old Mount Pleasant fire hall (in the Village) on the first Wednesday of each month. We pass on good veteran information or can help veterans to research all veterans problems.

The Pleasant Mount Community Center and its Board of Directors

NEED YOUR HELP and your input.

After 45 years of functioning as the focal point location of the community we need your help to continue the activities and programs that have extremely helpful to our seniors and children.

We are looking for volunteers for many activities and we need some folks to serve on the Board of Directors.

As we all know, money is tight and the Board of Directors have found ways to conserve and reduce cost - this is an ongoing process.

Here we are 45 years later still trying to work with the same (2 mil tax) dollars established in 1975.

The Board is always planning for the future and that is why we NEED YOUR HELP and input.

Please attend one of our monthly meetings (Held the 2nd Monday of each month) or contact us with your suggestions or volunteer to run or help out with one of our programs.

Volunteering Opportunity
We are looking for volunteers. If you could help out as an activities coordinator, landscaper, painter, or for general cleaning, also someone to organize "Bingo", or if you are a computer person, please feel free to contact us!
